Another gold for Mazda in the 2021 NADA Dealer Satisfaction Index Awards

The 2021 National Automobile Dealers' Association (NADA) Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) results have been published and the result again affirms the commitment of Mazda Southern Africa towards a Genuine Partnership with their Mazda Dealer Partners.
Mazda Southern Africa again received a Gold Award in the Passenger and Light Commercial Vehicle Category. When reflecting on Specific and Overall Dealer Satisfaction Elements of the Survey, Mazda again led in the categories, Mazda Southern Africa believes are the “cornerstone of “a successful, mutually beneficial and profitable Business Partnership” with its Dealer Partners for the fourth consecutive year.
Mazda Southern Africa scored highest in the following areas of the survey, “How satisfied are you with your Manufacturer/Importer” at 93,8%; “Communicates openly and honestly” at 96,2%; “Committed to win/win solutions” at 94% and “Makes it easy for your customers to do business with you” also at 94%. Mazda ran a close second by a mere 0.1% in the category “Provide positive referrals for your franchise to a friend wanting to buy a dealership” at 96,2%.

NADA measures dealers’ satisfaction within automotive brands annually, the survey is conducted by Lightstone on behalf of NADA. This is the 25th year that NADA has conducted this survey, following the suspension in 2020 as a result of the Pandemic.
