Competition TERMS & CONDITIONS
Mazda VALENTINE'S Competition - FEB 2025
- This Competition is organized by Mazda Southern Africa and its designated agencies (“Organizers”) hereinafter referred to as MSA.
- The Competition is open to permanent residents and citizens of South Africa over the age of 18 years, except any employee, director, member, partner, agent or consultant or any person directly or indirectly who controls or is controlled by the relevant agencies and/or immediate family members of any employee, director, member, partner, agent or consultant of or person indirectly or directly in control or controlled by the Organizers, their advertising agencies, suppliers or dealers (“Disqualified Persons”).
- By entering the Competition, all participants and winners agree to be bound by the rules that will be interpreted by the Organizers, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Organizers reserve the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend, or cancel this Competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Organizers reasonably deem necessary.

- The competition rules:
- All Participants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition.
- An entry is considered valid when the entrant has:
- Tell us which Mazda2 model moves you the most, A or B?
- 1.5L Dynamic (Airstream Blue)
- 1.5L Individual (Machine Grey)
- Tag your favourite passenger or Valentine
- Share your entry using #WonderrrrAwaits to qualify
- Only valid entries will be considered for the prize.
- Winning participants will be notified via their comment on the social media competition post (entry comment), within 48 HOURS after winner selection has taken place.
- Should the Winners not submit their details via DM/inbox within 24 HOURS of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and another Participant will be selected in his/her place.
- If the Participant cannot, for any reason, be reached after a period of 24 HOURS, the prize will be forfeited, and another Participant will be selected in his/her place.
- MSA will not be held responsible for SMS charges, data charges, or phone costs incurred while participating in this competition.
- MSA will not be held liable for entries not received for any reason and will not be responsible for network connectivity or hardware issues experienced while participating.
- Winners will be required to provide documentation in line with legislated FICA requirements, including proof of identification, and residence.
- The Organizers will conduct one prize draw over the competition period.
- The participant agrees that we may use their content on all Mazda Southern Africa digital channels.
- The Competition commences on Wed 12 February until Wednesday 19 February 2025 both days inclusive.
- Participants may enter the Competition as many times as they wish, however, no participant will be eligible to win more than one prize.
- Entries that are unclear, illegible, submitted via an incorrect entry mechanism, contain errors or are from Disqualified Persons, will be declared invalid.
- The Participant stands a chance of winning:
- A Mazda fan hamper including a cap, umbrella, water bottle, lantern power bank and jacket valued at +R2 000. 00.
- The Prizes are not-transferable or exchangeable for cash.
12. All participants and the winners, as the case may be, indemnify the Organizers, their advertising agencies, advisers, nominated agents, suppliers, dealers, its affiliates and/or associated companies against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition (including, as a result of any act or omission, whether as a result of gross negligence, misrepresentation, misconduct or otherwise on the part of the Promoters) and/or use of the Prizes.
13. The Organizers may request the winners to be identified, photographed, and published in printed media or social media, when accepting their Prizes and/or after having received their Prizes.

15. The participant consents that MSA may hold and process personal information of the participant and may share the personal information to other parties where necessary. All information gathered, obtained and or used by MSA will be dealt with in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000).
